1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bestph ("bestph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bestph.club. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bestph platform — including its website, games, promotions, and support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bestph platform. bestph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bestph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of bestph or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the bestph platform or any affiliated platform.

bestph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and services on bestph, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person. Each player is permitted to hold only one active bestph account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information current.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bestph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bestph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Identity verification (KYC). bestph may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
• Account sharing. Your bestph account is for your personal use only. Sharing your account with any third party, or allowing any third party to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bestph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods. bestph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. bestph does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions.
• Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the platform's cashier page and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal processing. bestph aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. bestph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Withdrawal conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. bestph reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• Transaction records. bestph maintains records of all deposits and withdrawals. You may access your transaction history from your account dashboard at any time.

bestph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. bestph is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bestph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• bestph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of system errors, will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.
• In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

bestph offers a range of games including live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slot games, sports betting, and other gaming products. The following terms apply to all games on the platform:

• All games are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.
• All random number generator (RNG) games on bestph are independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and conducted by trained dealers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, bestph will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. bestph's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
• bestph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change. bestph reserves the right to suspend or void any market at its discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bestph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Opening or operating more than one bestph account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any person under the age of 21.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bestph staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bestph platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of bestph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bestph platform without the prior written consent of bestph.

9 Responsible Gaming

bestph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all bestph players:

• Deposit limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders. bestph provides optional session time reminders to help you keep track of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-off periods. You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of your choosing. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bestph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bestph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

The bestph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. bestph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11 Termination & Account Closure

bestph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not subject to pending investigations or regulatory holds will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to bestph's standard withdrawal procedures. You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bestph's customer support team.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to bestph's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting our customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. bestph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the oversight framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) where applicable.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bestph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bestph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bestph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
